Prose works with select hotels, brands, and destinations to create slow, stylish, and story-led coverage designed to last long after checkout. Each stay or product we feature is photographed and written in the signature Prose tone—elevated, editorial, visually driven, and published with refinement. We don’t do surface-level reviews. We write to translate the atmosphere—the weight of the key in their hand, the texture of the linens, the way the light lands at 4PM.
We capture what influencers can’t. The kind of features that turn into landing pages and end up quoted in press kits. We go beyond social media content and YouTube reviews—we curate a distinct narrative that moves our network into action: booking, buying, bundling.
Because in a sea of sponsored posts and surface-level reviews, we offer what no algorithm can: taste, trust, and timeless storytelling— the kind that sells out rooms, sells through shelves, and stays in the mind long after the page is closed.

Our Editorial Agreement
PARDON MY PROSE…
When Prose accepts a press stay or review partnership, we approach it as a full editorial collaboration—not an influencer trade, but a curated media experience.
What’s Included:
All partnerships are custom, but typically include:
1 full-length review article published on Prose
Up to 10 professionally shot and styled photos
1 scrollable visual gallery (if product or stay-related)
Social placement in stories + our “Elle Recommends” sidebar
Optional inclusion in our seasonal editorial issues or travel roundups
Starting Rate:
Coverage rates reflect Prose’s position as a premium editorial platform. Our work is not content—it’s considered media.
Partnership packages begin at $4,000 for luxury press stays and $1,200 for select product features, inclusive of styled imagery, long-form editorial, and brand-aligned placement within our signature sections.
All travel and accommodations must be covered in addition to the editorial rate.
Products sent for review are considered separate from payment and must align with the standard and aesthetic integrity of Prose.
Disclaimer: We do not exchange coverage for exposure or offer unpaid features. On rare occasions, we may accept fully compensated travel or high-value products in place of a formal fee—only when aligned with our editorial calendar and reflective of our media value. All exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and must meet or exceed the standard value of a paid partnership.

Prose is not just a publication—it’s an experience. When I accept a press stay, I’m entering into a creative collaboration that’s thoughtful, styled, and rooted in integrity. The following terms ensure the process is seamless, protected, and mutually respectful.
Before Booking:
All Press Stays Are Confirmed with a +1
→ I travel with a production assistant who acts as my right hand across photography, logistics, and production.
→ This ensures every feature is delivered to the highest standard. All accommodations must include double occupancy.All Flights & Transfers Must Be Covered
→ Roundtrip travel, airport transfers, and all on-location transportation must be fully arranged or reimbursed in advance.Minimum 2–4 Weeks’ Advance Notice Required
→ Stays must be confirmed at least two weeks in advance to protect my editorial schedule and ensure proper planning.On-Site Contact Required
→ A direct point of contact at the property must be assigned to coordinate arrival, access, and logistics.Deposit or Partial Payment May Be Requested
→ For extended or international travel, a partial payment upfront may be required to secure the collaboration.Full Itinerary & Stay Details Must Be Provided in Writing
→ Details such as room type, included meals, experiences, WiFi, and amenities must be clearly outlined prior to arrival to ensure editorial alignment.
During the Stay:
Solo Creative Time Is Non-Negotiable
→ My process includes intentional alone time to observe, write, photograph, and experience the space. Any scheduled tours or activities must be confirmed in advance.Inclusions Must Be Clear & Confirmed
→ All meals, treatments, experiences, or room access expected to be featured must be confirmed in writing.
Editorial Standards:
Creative Control Remains With Prose
→ All writing and photography reflect my first-hand experience and are created in the editorial tone of Prose. No content will be revised or rewritten by the hosting party.No Required Social Deliverables Without Contract
→ Coverage on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or Substack is not guaranteed unless formally included in the agreement.
→ All public-facing content—including social posts, stories, and visual shares—is created and shared at my sole discretion.Publishing Timeline Is Determined by Me
→ While I aim to publish within a reasonable time, editorial is not rushed. I do not guarantee same-week or immediate publication unless explicitly agreed upon.Shared Ownership of Content
→ All written and visual content remains the shared creative property of Prose and the client, unless otherwise agreed.
→ Content may not be altered, resold, or distributed to third parties without licensing or written credit.Right to Decline Publishing
→ If the stay does not meet Prose’s editorial standard, I reserve the right to decline publication. My priority is maintaining editorial trust and alignment.Cancellations & Kill Fees
→ In the event of cancellation after travel is booked or once content has been created, a kill fee of 50% of the agreed rate will be invoiced.
→ This reflects the time, expenses, and creative labor already committed to the collaboration.
