03. Product Listings & Purchases

All items in the Prose Club Shop are made-to-order and final sale. We recommend reviewing item descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about product details, sizing, or shipping, reach out to sarah@prosepublishing.com before placing an order.

Because we use intentional, low-waste production methods, shipping timelines may vary. Your patience supports a slower, more meaningful form of commerce.

04. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
