The End of an Era is the Prologue to Another
About a week ago, I would have never imagined writing these words. Yet here I stand, holding a heart that is both confident and heavy, ready to let go of an industry that once filled my dreams.
Publishing is a realm of extraordinary voices and writers—all of whom carry the promise I once hoped my books could give the world. But today, I find myself yearning for a new path, one that requires me to set this work aside for now.
Perhaps books will call me back one day. Perhaps we will publish something magical when the time feels right. For now, I know this to be true: the wisdom and love you all pour into the world will ripple far beyond the pages we leave unwritten.
I’ve come to learn lately that sometimes, living the story is more important than writing it. There is power in stepping back when inspiration needs space and grace in honoring what’s alive over what was once planned on paper.
This decision is not a reflection of doubt. It is a recognition of timing, capacity, and the call to create with passion, not haste.
To those who dream of turning their words into worlds: remember, your life is your ultimate bestseller.
The story that matters most is the one you live, and it deserves to be lived fully, even when it doesn’t end up on shelves.
This isn’t the end—it’s the prologue to something iconic, untamed, and fiercely inspired.
I am writing a new chapter of Prose, so consider this your invitation.
Welcome to the PROSE CLUB.
Xx
