Delivery

When will I get my order?
It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping times depend on your location and can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Canada: 9-11 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?
We work with a print-on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide to get your orders to you as efficiently as possible.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee may apply to international orders. This fee is out of our control and is determined by your local customs office. Please check with them to understand what duties and taxes may apply to your purchase.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before reaching out, please help us by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.

  • Stop by your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with a neighbor, contact us at theproseclub@gmail.com with your order number.

If there was a mistake in the delivery address, we’d be happy to send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your expense.

Orders

How are your products made?
We partner with a print-on-demand drop shipper. Depending on your location, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can handle them most efficiently.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about tracking or shipment, feel free to contact us at theproseclub@gmail.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you received was incorrect or damaged. Please email us at theproseclub@gmail.com within a week with photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any relevant details. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

Returns

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us at theproseclub@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only provided for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, contact us at theproseclub@gmail.com with photos and details, and we’ll take care of it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you’re unsure about sizing, check out our detailed sizing charts available in the product description for each item.

On the rare occasion an item is mislabeled, contact us at theproseclub@gmail.com within a week of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
